City String Ensemble Presents: "Best of Anime" - A Unique Live Concert Experience LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - On December 3rd, London's most sought-after multi-genre string quartet, City String Ensemble, is set to host an unforgettable evening for anime enthusiasts at an art deco converted cinema with amphitheatre seating in East London.
Renowned for their exceptional renditions of music from the popular and anime genres, this versatile group of classically-trained musicians will transport the audience through anime soundscapes, with both beloved classics and contemporary favourites performed in a concert aptly titled, "Best of Anime." With music selections from their highly acclaimed "Best of Anime" EP to Joe Hisaishi's enchanting scores of the iconic Studio Ghibli movies, City String Ensemble has meticulously curated a programme that captures the soul of the anime genre.
An ensemble that boasts a progressive approach to classical string playing, City String Ensemble invites audiences to experience a performance unlike other classical concerts. With a more informal and inclusive performance (bar open throughout), audiences will have the unique opportunity to choose what music is performed on the night.
